About me
When I first moved to LA in 2015, everything happened in such a way it convinced me acting was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. In a year and a half, I was part of a musical, directed by Michelle Danner, I produced a web series (Get it Together!), and I also got cast in three different productions. But, in all honesty, my story began a lot earlier.
While growing up in Peru, I loved old TV shows such as I dream of Jeannie or Bewitched. While watching these, I started imagining what it would be like to be in front of a camera or in a theater, but I was too shy.
It wasn't until university that I decided to enroll in a theater program, which was directed by Leonardo Torres Vilar, a famous Peruvian actor and winner of two ACE Awards in NY. He taught me the Sanford Meisner Technique, along with Stella Adler's and Uta Hagen's, which I further explored at the Michelle Danner Acting Studio in LA.
Since then, I've acted in English and Spanish in theater, film and TV. In 2020, I received an acting nomination for Best Duo by the Critics Association of Independent Theater (Oficio Crítico) in Lima.
I currently live in Mexico City and I travel to other cities in Latin America and the US to participate in international productions. I'm a globetrotter, I'm moved by new adventures and I'm leaning more and more towards a more eco-friendly lifestyle. I love dogs, rollercoasters and writing stories because... it's cathartic and imagination has no boundaries.
