About me
When I first moved to LA in 2015, everything happened in such a way that convinced me acting was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. In a year and a half, I was part of a musical play, directed by Michelle Danner, I produced a webseries (Get it Together!) and I also got casted in three different productions. But, in all honesty, my story began a lot earlier.
While growing up in Peru, I always loved old TV shows such as I dream of Jeannie or Bewitched and some of Televisa's soap operas. While watching these, I started imagining what it would be like to be in front of a camera or in a theater, but I was too shy.
It wasn't until university where I decided to enroll in a theater program, which was directed by Leonardo Torres Vilar, famous Peruvian actor and winner of two ACE Awards. He taught me the Sanford Meisner Technique, along with Stella Adler's and Uta Hagen's, which I got to learn more about at the Michelle Danner Acting Studio in LA.
Since then, I've acted in theater, commercials, film and TV. In 2020, I received an acting nomination for Best Duo by the Critics Association of Independent Theater (Oficio Crítico) in Lima.
I currently live in Mexico City and I travel to other cities in Latin America and the US to participate in international productions. I'm a globetrotter, I love traveling, going for new adventures and I'm involved in humanitarian causes. I love dogs, writing stories (preferably eating nutella) and riding rollercoasters. I believe imagination has no boundaries and I love channeling that through new characters..
